THE HEIRESS is the story of Catherine Sloper, the shy and sheltered daughter of a prominent New Yorker. There are many parking garages around the theater, but remember that it gets quite crowded and busy during show times.
Seating is accessible to all parts of the Orchestra without steps. Wheelchair seating is in the Orchestra only. There are no steps to the designated wheelchair seating locations.
There is a wheelchair-accessible unisex restroom located on the main level. Please note, there are no elevators or escalators in the theater.
In the Mezzanine, there are 37 steps from the Orchestra. The entrance to the Mezzanine is behind row H. There are handrails along both sides of every aisle.There are two steps up/down per row.
The Balcony is 57 steps up from the Orchestra. The entrance to the Balcony is behind row B. There are two steps up/down per row.

Yes. A drivers license or ID with printed address is required as a deposit. Advance reservations are not necessary, but if you wish to reserve a system in advance, call (212) 582-7678.

Absolutely no photography or sound recording is allowed in the theatre.
Some people wear “special occasion” clothes to see a Broadway show, but business casual attire is quite acceptable.
